Players can play up in grade but not down. Players can move up a grade to another team in the same grade division. They must be from their district or play for another team from the same school district during the REGULAR season. This is to avoid forfeits.
NO PLAYER SHOULD BE PLAYING FOR TEAMS ALL SEASON.
If a team doesn’t have 5 players to start a playoff game it is a forfeit.
PIAA or Brownson House officials will be scheduled for all games.
All coaches must provide a criminal background check to the Brownson House to coach in the leagues. This is the law.
The season will consist of 7 regular season games. All teams will qualify for the single elimination playoffs, that will start immediately following the conclusion of the regular season.
Player must play for the team in the school district they attend. If they are home schoool or attend a private or parochial school that doesn’t participate in the Brownson House Basketball League, they are permitted to play for the district in which they live.
